A Geometric Level-set Formulation of a Plasma-sheath Interface
In this paper, we present a new geometric level-set formulation of a plasmasheath interface arising in the plasma physics. We formally derive the explicit dynamics of the interface from the Euler-Poisson equations and study the local-time evolution of the interface and sheath in some special cases.

In this paper, we present appendices employed in the paper ”A geometric level-set formulation of a plasma-sheath interface” by the authors. Appendix A. متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
A level set formulation for Willmore flow
A level set formulation of Willmore flow is derived using the gradient flow perspective. Starting from single embedded surfaces and the corresponding gradient flow, the metric is generalized to sets of level set surfaces using the identification of normal velocities and variations of the level set function in time via the level set equation. The approach in particular allows to identify the nat...
